The gas cap release switch on the Outlander is located in accordance with the design concept of Mitsuoka, at the driving side of the threshold, that is, on the left side of the driver"s mat, close to the seat. The black plastic switch has a sign that reaDS "Gasoline station" on it. By pulling up the switch, you can open the gas cap.
